Random Invites sent to people
Recently, several (I don't know how many) people received an invite to one of my servers. The strange thing was that nothing on my end showed that I sent these invites. No new people in my DMs, no random people joining my server, nothing. I don't know how this happened or why this happened. I didn't even know the invites existed until an actual Discord admin joined my server and claimed I had violated the Discord TOS. Too many things aren't lining up for this to make sense. I tried to re-contact the Admin after I realized what had happened but none of my messages got through. If anyone on here can help I would be much obliged.

Yes, i had the same.
You can send Discord links accidentally by right clicking on their name and than hitting invite to server.

Recently I had the same issue. An invite was sent to a random person that I'm not even friends with. When I tried to send them I message I was told that I can't because they have blocked me / we don't have a mutual server. I really hope that was a weird bug and nothing else.

This has actually happened to me several times after the first incident. It's almost always random people I have no mutual servers with. I really don't understand how this happens. I hope that Discord gets this under control soon, or I might end up getting my account banned for tons of unsolicited advertising. The last time this issue occurred, I somehow sent an invite to a server I don't even own to someone I have never heard of in my life. This bug is really starting to get on my nerves.

This has happened to not only me, but all of the people on my private server that have the administrator role; and only them. That after a user joined our server that nobody had invited or even talked to for over a year. Kinda creepy.

I random man with a photo of some politician of Marrocos just joined mine server, this hapened in lass than 1 hour, he got out but when i tried to speak with him said the same thing (have blocked me / we don't have a mutual server). HOW THE HELL HE COULD ENTER IN THE SERVER??

Please has anyone figured this out, this has happened 4 times to me now. I keep sending people i've never talked to "But they do share a server with me" A random invite to a server I NEVER talk in, and im usually just in for emojis. all of them are in a folder together so I know for a fact I didn't accidentally click and invite them. This is a serious problem, if it's someone who has joined a server im in I would like to know if any of you know his discord so I can ban him. how did you guys get this to stop ?

This keeps happening to me as well. Last night was the fourth time.
I keep inviting one person to the same server over and over again.
I've never sent these invites myself, and I can't fathom a way that I would have "accidentally" done it without noticing.
When you send a message to someone, they show up at the top of your DM. If you right click a user and hit "invite to server," they still show up at the top of your DM, but this hasn't been the case for these inexplicable invites I've sent. So it's not an "accident."
Now I'm paranoid that I could be sending invites to a private server out to ANYONE at ANYTIME and I have no idea who's getting them.
The only way I found out was because the person I invited messaged me about it.

ok this just happend for the second time to me and people call me crazy when i try to explain i didnt sent them (and i cant even blame them since its literary in theri dm an invite that has been "sent by me" ) this bug has me sent an invite to a random server out of the servers im in and to people ive never spoken to, which makes me seem like some invite spammer or bot and risks people who i dont even know to get invites to my personal server or other people their personal friend servers that have stuff not ment for random people to see.
Please have this fixed or some sort of security put in place at some point. i dont know if its a bug or if its some strange key combination ive aparently already managed to hit twice in the past 3 months but if it is, please remove whatever this key bind is and put an extra layer of confirmation over the whole "sent invite link to person" thing0 -
just happened to me yesterday a person who i only knew from two servers and have had barely and conversations with. i was watching some yt when i was randomly pinged through carl saying i was warned for dm advertising and i didnt know what happened and no one would believe me. i hope this gets fixed since alot of people are making fun of me for it

Me too, I was playing a pokemon fan game and I asked in the server if the surf was broken and someone said yes so i replied to him 'are they gonna fix it' and all of a sudden I got a dm from him saying 'You're joking bruh' and I looked in and I had apparently sent him a server invite to my friend groups server, I got banned for 1 week and it was the guy who responded to me and I 'sent' the invite to, I explained to him what happened and he said he understood and yet I'm still banned, he said it might've been a misclick but I would've seen the invite to server option and picking what person, I wasn't friends with him but we had 2 mutual servers

Similar thing happened to me where my friend said he got an invite from me to a one of my friends servers. This was all unknown to me at the time and I only found out a little bit later when my friend questioned me about the invite. I responded saying I had no idea what he was talking about and when I checked our dm's the invite was invalid for me but active for my friend. I know there is a possibility of me accidentally inviting him by right clicking his name I just don't think this was the case here as I really don't remember any accidental misclicks and it wouldn't explain why the invite was invalid for me. Another thing to note is I was not banned from the server since it was owned by my friend.

I am having the same issue but it's happening only to people in my friends list (I think) and I never sent the invites. Am I being hacked? I'm starting to get worried.

i dont know if its the same thing but i dont know when this happened but my dms are filled with invites i didnt sent for a server named amazon services (i dont even know what this is) im worried i got hacked
and if I sent this I surely had to have a lobotomy afterwards because I really do not remember having sent it to so many people

I have a kind of similar problem
My account keeps sending random invites to my friends, of servers they're already in. Yes, I am also in those servers. The first time it happened I changed my password. I'm worried it's a hacker and they found my new password, or one of the bots I've invited to servers, like RPG or Taco shack.

This happened to me today. I have no idea what caused it. But it freaked me out.
Four people got got an invite for a server I'm part of. A total of 32 invites were sent under my user name at the same time. 12:33 pm.
Support team. Please fix.

I just got done talking to a guy that says that he got an invite to my server from me last night while he was in a server that I've never been in before or even heard of. I didn't even use my Discord last night, so I know that I didn't accidentally send him the invite. I would have had to have accidentally joined some server that I've never heard of in order to do so. Also, the only server that he and I had in common was my own server because he joined it from the link that my account sent him. We had no previous messages and when I check my server logs, there have been no invites sent to anyone from my account for over a month and the one that was sent previously was also to a person that I have never heard of before. There are no other invites in the log before that date from me.

This also just happened to me, a random invite was sent to a person on my friend list, even though at that time I did not have discord open. I did not notice until 4 hours later, when that person messaged me asking why I sent that invite. The odd thing is just a few minutes before, I was chatting with one of my friends, and the person I sent the invite to was not on the top of my dm list. Anyone know if this is a bug or if I got hacked?

It sounds like a frustrating situation, especially with the added confusion of Discord admins claiming a TOS violation. Talking about random invites reminds me of omegle, I used it and made some new friends
