Provide FULL support for XLR and Audio Interfaces

I'm making this post as a suggestion to add FULL support on people who values XLR microphones and Audio Interfaces. My equipment will be listed below along with the links to view the details. 
When I am recording my voice using the software "OBS" to test the quality of my equipment, I sound amazing, however, when I talk on discord, it doesn't sound the same. I personally took my time and contact a couple of friends that utilizes the same type of equipment but different products and ask them if they are experiencing the same issue to give me closure and insurance that I am not the only one facing this problem. Turns out I am not the only one. 

I created a support ticket three days ago in hopes to find a fix to this issue. Sadly, the support member named "Erwin" spilled the tea and told me that issue isn't from my end but discord, as they haven't provide support to these type of equipment fully compared to USB microphones.

Why should you add full support to XLR microphones and audio interfaces? 
The answer is pretty simple, like people who values USB microphones there are people who values XLR mics and interfaces. Like so: 

  • It provides more quality.
  • It has more features compared to USB mics.
  • We can purchase and/or add more equipment to boost the quality for a better outcome.
  • It's just amazing haha.

Another reason to take my suggestion into consideration and make it happen is, the money we spent on the equipment. As you know, XLR microphones and interfaces cost more money than USB microphones. This platform you guys developed is truly amazing and it is something that TeamSpeak or Skype could never compete with. When I say this I'm sure I am speaking to the millions of people who utilizes XLR mics and interfaces, please add full support as we want to use the equipment that we paid for & having to show off the quality of the equipment at its finest. Not 75% nor 50%, we want 100%.
