Grammar Mistake on AFK Message

Hi - you guys have a grammar mistake on your AFK automated message.

It says "it seems you've gone AFK on us. We've went ahead and moved you to the AFK channel."

The correct response would be "We've gone ahead and moved you to the AFK channel."

Present perfect tense is formed with subject + have/has + past participle i.e. the third form of the verb (go - went - gone). Alternatively, you could merely use the simple past and say "we went ahead and moved you".
