Ability to drag and drop server textand voice channels to the user's liking.

I would absolutely love a feature like this, especially if the server owner puts the most active/ fun channel at the bottom and all the other junk at the top you have to always scroll through the other junk. 

I think it would be such a great feature for the user to actually be able to edit the layout for him/herself, to make it their own.
