hover to react function need to go

This new hover to react function is horrible and I can't even disable it properly because then I can't see reactions on any posts at all.
Please make the disable option more function specific.

Oh yeah, the active now tab sucks too.

  I really wonder why they felt this hover stuff was a good idea. I think not one person likes it.

  please remove it or let me disable it. it's aweful. it feels like a toolbar virus on windows XP. nobody asked for this. i dont want to see the crying laughing emoji every time i hover over a message it hurts my eyes

  Im starting to feel Discord has too many employees trying out too much new dumb stuff, just like adding the "Gif" Function.
  Keep it simple guyz, this function is cluster, and not needed. Don't mess your product up  by adding too much unneeded cluster.-
