Streaming section

ok so there will be a section for public streaming on discord! just like twitch and youtube but other discord users will be able to type and see your gameplay through discord with the share feature. the streamer will have the option of public/private streaming. if you publicly stream then it will list on the streaming section. if you private stream then it will just be viewable to you and the other users on your server/call
