Chat suggestion: Built-in translator

I think it would be really cool if we could have a built-in tool in the chat that can translate into any language you choose. How would this work, exactly? Basically you could type /language in the chat before your message and it would automatically translate your message into the given language when the message is sent. I think this would be so cool and extremely useful when talking to foreigners or a server based around a language other than your own, such as a Spanish or Portuguese speaker in an English based-channel.

Example:
/chinese Just an example
Chat filters translate it to: 只是一个例子

This would definitely take some time to make, just an idea that came to my head when I was chatting in a Japanese server and I thought I absolutely had to suggest it. Comment down below if you have a question or feedback!

Edit: Another reason I feel this would be great to add is it could help with learning a language, both by means of communication and learning to form words in the language you're studying.
