Role badges

I was wondering if it would be possible to have an option for a server to have an image be used for a role. The server I'm in uses badges on sites like youtube to show a specific role that someone has in the community so I was wondering if it was possible to have a function like this be implemented on Discord.

If anyone has any similar thoughts I would love to hear them...
