Suggestions for Discord
Wassup fellows!
I was thinking about some suggestions that might improve Discord | Your Place to Talk. Here are some suggestions and you can choose between them if you would like them or not.
1) Verified Badges
I know I know. There are verified badges just like Verified Developer.
But, how about if you create more badges but not just a normal badge. The badge will appear next to your name.
Badges:
→ Developer Badge
↪ We know we know, there is already a developer badge. But you can give that badge next to his name.↩
→ Verified YouTuber
↪ How about we make some changes shall we? We can make verified Youtuber and his perks can be: More units in a discord server. Do we know the limit is 250k but how about big YouTubers that have 4 million subs? Where will users go? The limit can be 25 million. Or even unlimited. ↩
→ Verified Company
↪ This badge goes to people that created large companies such as Riot Games, Electronic Arts, etc... ↩
→ Verified User
↪ And the last one but not least "Verified User" This badge goes to people that are highly trusted users of Discord. They do not have any perks except one: Animated Avatar. I mean they need some perks... right? ↩
STAFF BADGES:
→ Discord Staff
↪ The Discord Staff badge is a normal badge for staff. Showing that they are creators of Discord. ↩
NEW NITRO???
We know that there are nitros such as:
Nitro Classic and Nitro. But how about a new Nitro? With more perks?
The new nitro can have of course a lot more perks to use. Also discord games. We know last year I believe in October 2019 Discord Removed Nitro Games but in this new Nitro, they can be back. I do not know why you removed them tho. New Nitro can have:
⇉ 500MB Limit to sharing files
⇉ 4K Screensharing
⇉ Special Badge
⇉ 15 Boost's
⇉ Discord Games
We don't want that they have too much of perks. Just discord games are enough, isn't it?
Price should be at least: 25€ per month.
Discord Servers:
About discord servers. I would say the limit should be 500k Members at least.
Trust and Safety Reporters:
The person that daily reports bugs. users, servers, etc.. should get a badge. It's not just fair that the person who reported the most members/bugs/users doesn't get a reward. I know there is a bug hunter badge. But how about User Hunter Badge or something like that? It could be a great or Suggestion Creator Badge. Those badges will not be visible next to their names but in the normal section. Only Verified badges can be visible next to their names.
That's all for these suggestions. I will come daily and suggest it to you. Take your time and think about it. I think these suggestions could greatly improve Discord. I'm very sorry if I do not use proper grammar. I hope you will like them!

I was actually thinking, what if we had profile descriptions? I know what yall could be thinking, we already have custom bios. But really, if you think about it... Bios have a character limit and its more about your day. In a profile description, we could introduce ourselves. Just think about it...

I'd fill as if you could add and make it where you could like duplicate roles. Because more of less its annoying to just have to go back and put the all of the role settings again.

What about more themes?

So, I was thinking one could have subcategories. So, like you'll have your normal categories tab, followed by subcategories, followed by pages. For those of us who use Discord for roleplay - it would be a great way to help us keep our stuff separated and organized.
I'd also like to recommend the option to add an image to text after it's been sent, it would be an edit option.
I would also like to be able to change the color of font on my discord. I think discord has a ton of possibilities and with its community growing there is so much that can be done!
