Server Boost Buying

I wanna be able to buy a Server Boost on mobile, because I have ITunes on my Phone, but I don’t have a paypal, so when I try and pay with ITunes in my computer it’s not an option. I wanna be able to use my ITunes toward boosts, because I really wanna boost my server.
