Please fix banner scaling across platforms.

Server banner scaling between desktop and mobile is still broken after two years, and now profile banners also scale completely differently between desktop and mobile.

 

It would be nice if we could have consistent scaling between desktop and mobile - not just for profile banners but also server banners too. In addition, it would be great if you could document the dimensions of UI elements somewhere to assist with making banners etc. For example, on mobile, server banners are clipped by about 12% on either side.

    Yes exactly people who use cell phones are complaining that they can't put the banner on their profile, just like me, could they solve this problem?
