In-app customizable emojis

I was thinking it would be cool if people could customize emojis, like add text to a "blank sign" emoji, or combine emojis like ЁЯШ║ and ЁЯНЮ (cat eating bread), or ЁЯЩОand ЁЯСО (man with thumbs down).

    This seems like more of a Unicode issue -- Discord uses the open-source Twemoji project maintained by Twitter, which in turn is based off of the Unicode 13.0 standard. In general, Discord doesn't have control of the behavior of emoji on their platform; they've only ever used the publicly available .svg files provided to them.
