More formats for Banner

converting videos or resizing gifs is very annoying and It is very large file size compared to the mp4 or webm. (poor compression ratio>:( ) plz add this on next update 

Here is 1mb mp4 file and... Boom! 

Now this is 15mb gif file. WT*
