Use 2 different email accounts on PC and mobile

I need to have 2 accounts, one for personal use and one for work.
However, the program does not have the option of having more than one account on the computer and cell phone.

**I am using a test version on my computer and on my cell phone I used an app to clone discord.

    Because Of having different accounts for different things in Google for instance that account to pay for a Patreon subscription has led me to have two discord servers unintentionally and now because this issue is not a function with in the app to merge accounts or be able to switch between the two leads me here with this guy! I hope this is resolved in the future
