The iPhone gets very hot with heavy use of the Discord app. If you continue to communicate, then the iPhone cuts down the performance of applications, and also starts to lag the sound sometimes

Same is happening with me. If I continue using app for around 15 minutes my iphone xs start overacting and all of a sudden the screen move up to top and if I scroll down again then it again moves up. Is this a glitch in app or in the phone?
