Role Categories

I bring the idea of role categories.

Who's tired of making so many discords because you don't want a clutter of roles inside your discord? I am! We should add role categories, they work like the channel categories but we can add icons, just like if we made an entirely new discord.. and you should be able to put roles under those categories, so they appear on the side bar for organizational purposes!
