Disabled Account - Soon to be deleted

I had used my phone number to verify one of my alt (this was for a server) the number was also used for my main. Afterwards I tried to log in to my main, I could not send any messages since it wasn't verified with a number. After some researching I read that there was a 24 hour cooldown before I could use the number number verify my account again, which was all fine and I waited the 24 hours.

 

After all of this, I had gotten my account back but then the next day I got logged out again saying its been disabled. I got this email that I was "spamming and abusing the platform". I think this was because I joined the same servers on my alt and main and verified my account, so it counted as spamming?

 

I had no malicious intent to anything overall while somehow "spamming", all of this was just a huge misunderstanding.

 

I tried hard to get it back, emailed them, sent requests and appeals. The answer I got was "Your account will not be recovered", I literally used discord for 5-7 years and I am now getting banned for a misunderstanding well I think so at least.  

 

What can I do now to get it back? I have maybe 10-12 days left 😭
