Different settings for allowing DM.

So I came up with this small feature request idea. I don't want that all server members can DM me, but I don't want that only my friends can DM me. I suggest that you make it possible to choose who can DM you, like the 'Who can add you as a friend' setting (This https://imgur.com/a/Latb8u7). I suggest that the variables would be, friends, friends of friends, server members. Would make my, and probably many other users life easier as I could allow only friends and friends of friends to DM me.
