Request: Add Option to Quietly Rejoin Server

There are people who, for one reason or another, need to temporarily leave servers often. And upon their return, there is always a welcome message displayed for all to see, and some servers have come to view temporary leaving as 'disruptive', and crack down on it by not letting temporary leavers rejoin a server until they can prove they will never leave again.

This is a huge problem, as that can cut people off from many of their friends who they have not added to their friends list, it can keep a person from doing what they love to do, and it can make people feel unwelcome.

So, my proposed solution is to add a button, one presented only to people who have previously been in the server and left, to rejoin the server without sending a message in public chat announcing their arrival.

For accountability, it may add an entry into the audit log saying the person joined quietly, viewable only by the admins, yet out of the way.

Discord Team, please consider this. It would be so helpful to so many people, and would be rather simple to implement, I would think.
