Remove auto-update when Discord launches

Please disable auto-update when launching Discord on Windows and macOS. Since I want to launch the application and immediately start using it, and not wait until it is still updated. And this problem is especially relevant for users with slow internet, when they have to wait several tens of seconds for the application to update to start using the application.

It is better to check for updates after the user has already launched the application, and suggest that he update now or refuse for now. Or install updates in the background, and when the user restarts the application, he will already have an updated version.
