Discord report button suggestion

Hello, i am suggesting this feature because of a big problem in discord: the lack of a report button on servers and people because a shocking amount of people are getting scammed, harassed, spammed in there dms or server etc. And this is a real problem there is already an amazing work done on preventing people creating multiple accounts to spam or harass by obligating to verify a phone number but we need to be able to report people and servers.
