Potentially "triggering" GIF suggestion

Hi, the new GIF feature sometimes suggests to use a certain GIF while typing. 

People can disable that if they want I believe, that's fine.

However, one of the GIF's suggested is a cat holding a sharp knife. As there are many people struggling with certain things, including mental issues and find their solace on Discord to talk about it, I think that GIF suggestion should be disabled. 

You can't make everything completely "safe" for everyone and also I think Discord wasn't intended to be used like that. However perhaps it can be considered for there not be a knife popping up when someone writes the word "Cut."
