Threads are broken

As far as I can tell, threads don't add bots... what?
Oh yeah, AND, if you invite a user into a private thread, it FORCES them in. 
Other people can also invite(=force) users into private threads, even if its not theirs.
This is a serious issue, is it not? Unless I'm getting something wrong here
