Emoji Modifiers

Feature Request: Would love the ability to add modifiers to emojis to basic manipulation of emoji in used in chat.
E.G. if I have an emoji :arrow_up: instead of having to upload a new one for every possible rotation it would be nice to use something similar to the :thumbsup::skin-tone-4: combination but have it perform a basic rotation. :arrow_up::right-90:

• Additional combinations like ":thumbsup::mirror:" or ":thumbsup::mirror::vertical:" would be nice.

• Color/hue/saturation overlays like :dog::blue: or :dog::0000ff: 🡸(possible use of hex?)

• Speed modifiers for gifs :dog:[:fast: | :med: | :slow:] or :dog::speed200:

• possible overlay of other emoji on top of existing ones :dog::overlay::thumbsup:
