Exclude single roles/users from (@role/@everyone) Pings

I would like a function to exclude roles/users from role/everyone Pings so they don't get pinged. For example: it would be useful when you make polls and want to remember your users, that there is a poll, but want to spare the people, that already voted. It could be realized maybe with this example: @everyone[!,!,!,!] I think it isn't requiered to display the text in [brace], but while editing a message, it would be required...
