Allow people to buy nitro with paypal without credit card

a little while ago I wanted to buy a nitro, but with the credit card request it was not possible, I saw that in a post you said that you added the possibility to pay only with paypal balance, it always asks me for the card, in case the 'have removed, please put it back because many new customers may buy.
