Video posting

Idea is quite simple, a lot of people post videos and some of those videos that people are posting can contain volume being extremely loud. Discord only allows you to lower the volume of video's once you have clicked the play button so the idea is that we should be given the option to lower the video sound before we click on videos. In conclusion adding this option will save a lot of peoples ears from being blasted from loud phrases or loud music since it allows us to be able to lower the volume beforehand.
