Muted users shouldn't be able to write messages in threads

Muted users (= users who have a role which makes them unable to write messages in all channels, save for a #muted-users channel for appeals) shouldn't be able to write messages in threads.
I tested this a couple minutes ago and when muted I could write message in public threads, even when not subscribed to said thread.

I get that they can't create new threads, but considering that (generally) users get muted for moderation reasons, having them able to write (and potentially spam) in threads is not an ideal behavior.
