Pinned Messages don't apply to Read Message History

Discord is a great platform but the Read Message History permission could use fixing. In numerous situations where I would like a user to not see messages that aren't important but see important pinned messages is impossible. I suggest and it is highly wanted throughout the community that when Read Message History is turned off, pinned messages can still be seen. It is a great feature and needs to be added. We all know Discord has taken off and I'm so glad it has but these small improvements make a huge difference within the community.
