Notifications for friends only

As a staff member in a couple of partner servers, many times users come to me to ask me their questions or ask me for things, and that's fine for me, I like to help them, but many times the notifications are a bit uncomfortable, I suggest then that there should be an option to leave direct message notifications for friends and disable it for people you don't have added.

    This would be a great way toi cut down on clutter on big servers, a nice middle ground between 'only @ mentions' and all messages.
