Why do emojis named with capital letters sort before emojis in all lowercase now? Why was the ordering changed at all?

I'm not sure if this is an intentional change or a bug, since it wasn't listed in the changelog, but on the Windows app in the latest patch (the August 2 2021 patch) emojis now sort in alphabetical order in the emoji picker instead of reverse alphabetical order like they used to, and emoji names beginning with capital letters are sorted separately from lowercase letters. On one server, :TimeForCrab: sorts before :soup:, and on another server, :WHEEZE: sorts before :alas:.

I actively hope this is a bug and it'll be fixed, because I don't understand what benefit it could possibly serve to have case-sensitive alphabetization in the emoji list, especially because all emoji starting with the same letter were together in the previous patch. The benefits of switching the alphabetization system already seem too small to justify the change and this just makes it even more confusing and disorienting.

This only applies to the Windows app as far as I can tell; I haven't asked anyone on Mac, Linux, or iOS, and the latest Android patch has the same reverse-alphabetised, mixed-case emoji picker ordering as ever.
