A few ideas for threads

I was intending to use threads as temporary channels for suggestion discussion, as in having a bot send the suggestion in the channel and have the users create a thread to express their opinion on it, however that requires users to be able to type in the main channel. Making a separate permission for creating threads would be nice.
The ability to disable automatic messages for threads being created in a channel would be nice, just like the automatic random join message works.
