Discord should track Microsoft store games

It used to be that MS store games were in UWP format which made it difficult. But that has been not the case for a while. A lot of games and software are no longer required to be in native UWP. 

Discord still can't pick up most of the games played from the MS Store. You always have to add it manually. Please fix it.
