Can't use Verify by Phone

I clicked something that looked (at least, to me) like an official Discord Nitro link, but when I logged my phone number had to get used to verify, and now when I try to use my number it claims "This phone number was recently used on a different account". Is there any way to check where my phone number got added to?

  Yeah, this is exactly what happened. I used my work number as a temporary means, but as of this morning I still can't use my personal cell number

  I bet that if you try to switch back by "removing" your work number via your profile, you will find that _both_ your usual and work numbers will be "used on a different account" and invalid. Discord hell welcomes all.
