Reply without text

Sometimes people use "reply" feature to just refer to a message, bring it up or just show it to others. In that case, there's no actual text in the reply. But replying without text is not possible in Discord, which forces people to write "." or something like that in order to circumvent this restriction. Allowing people to reply without text would solve this problem without any drawbacks.
