Roles description

Not sure if this is something others would like, but an ability to add a description to roles, which I think would be useful in servers where roles aren't expressly written "mod" "VIP" "general user", that admins can add a little description, either for their own use when editing permissions, I've cut two views together. One is in the "roles" screen for server admins, and the other is a view that users would get if they hovered over the role of a user (or tapped it on mobile devices)

I know a lot of roleplaying servers, anime servers, or general theme based servers have roles based around some kind of theme which for new comers could be daunting to see
"Vice Rear Admiral" and "Vice Admiral" in a Navy themed or One Piece themed Discord server.
