Not being able to connect?

For some reason the mobile app for Discord just says that it is constantly connecting, and has it as if it is a new account. It says my username is Empty_Username#0000 and I can't post or even look at any servers I am in. It just has connecting at the top constantly. This all seems to have started when I left on vacation for some reason, and that effected it somehow. As an additional thing on the version on the browser version I use on my Chromebook: it for some reason won't let me see my Favorited gifs anymore, and when I look up the gifs again it says I already Favorited them. Then when I unfavorite and refavorite them, in the favorites section, it has 2 gifs together and then massive space between the other 2 sets of gifs (I am talking like a lot of space between them. First it wasn't a ton, so I just tried to unfavorite and then refavorite the other gifs, and then the space got so large that I seem to have to scroll a ton and after a bunch of scrolling, I still can't see the other ones). I don't know why this all happened when I left on vacation, but it did. I tried logging out and logging back in, restarting my phone and computer, and just trying to turn the wifi on and off again. Can you please help me with this, either by giving me a solution or just try to fix my account?
