Discord stopped answering my ticket. Serious Feedback.

Hello, Discord and other users. I lost account 1 month back i contacted Discord. They responed but they stopped to talk to me in the middle of investigation. They told me they will give my ticket to other staff member but he never replys after this email. So i replyed after 3-5 days i had suspicion that they forgot about my ticket so i sent next email. But still nothing... Now i sent like 5 emails if there is anyone that can help but no one responded. Just info that ticket wasn't something easy it was about my Stolen account and Not by me bought discord nitro. So this was actualy importnant ticket. 

I really really hate discord after this incident if you can spread this info so discord will finnaly notice that theyr Support is in bad condition. And may be we will one day get better suppport.
