A fatal Javascript error occured - HELP ME PLEASE!!

When I try to install Discord it says ''Fatal Javascript error occured'', I tried everything but nothing worked for me. Thank you in advance. (I posted a picture below).

When I say everything I mean everything. Deleted %appdata% and %localappdata%, tried changing compatibility, restarted my pc, tried updating the gpu through the cmd console and so on. 

This ''bug'' occured after I installed a new Windows 10.
