Group chat moderator / sub-owner designation.

All it would be is a context menu button that allows group chat owners to designate group chat moderators. This would allow the moderator to remove people from the group chat so not only owners can do it. Additionally it could raise their priority in taking group chat ownership in the event the owner leaves, so you could have more control over who gets group chat ownership.
