Default notification settings example not up to date.

Hi there!

While goofing around with my server settings I came across the 'Default notification settings'

The description of this setting tells you that it's recommended to set it to @mentions only when it's a public server.

All good and well but the example it gives is no longer working.

The video the clickable text 'this insanity' is linking to is deleted by it's uploader.
