Allow user to mention with note included in search, or make a personal nickname feature

i made a discord server for my classroom and everyone is using like complex nickname or even something unreadable so it's a bit hard to do mention them in chat without right-clicking their account name and it's a bit hard to find their name when someone change their nickname or username. so, i make each person a note with their irl name since there's no personal nickname feature. but it's still hard to mention someone.

discord, please add personal nickname feature since it's kinda major and important feature in every social media i think. thanks.
