GIF menu freeze and crash while scrolling results

Scrolling up quickly while looking through the search results in the gif menu seems to cause it to try and load everything up to that point at once, causing freezes, discord CTDs and in one case causing me to need to manually restart my computer because nothing was responding after a few minutes. It may be useful for some sort of delay to be implemented where it detects which gifs are stopped over rather than trying to load all of the ones that are scrolled past. Interestingly, I encounter no such problems while scrolling down.
 Windows PC, current version with no modifications installed.
