Report Discord server because of copyright violation, trademark violation or patent violation

I want to trademark a Windows program that is totally free, open source and made by more than 100 people that work without billing anything. When I talk about this on the Discord server of the program, the members say that the program isn't trademark and never will be trademark and they ban me of the server, for this reason I want to exclude my Discord account, create another account and participate of the server again. I was banned of this server multiple times. I am an autistic from Brazil. I have a friend that work with copyrights, trademarks and patents. She said that any program that is totally free, open source and made by more than 100 people that work without billing anything, and any program that is in public domain, any people can trademark. So, when I will trademark the program with my friend, and she will trademark, how can I report the program's Discord server? I want also to report the GitHub project, the GitHub repositories and the website, transfering everything to my account.
