My account is hacked and support isn’t responding
It has been almost a month since my discord account was hacked via a Trojan .exe that changed my 2 step, password, email, and backup codes. I submitted my ticket on the 15 July and haven’t gotten a response from discord since the 16th. Last thing I was told is my ticket has been escalated to support, but I haven’t heard anything since. I keep asking for updates but I never receive anything back. Is this a normal amount of time for hacking tickets to be seen and researched by support? Does the lack of a response mean they are still looking into it? If you can help in any way, thank you.

I have the same issue. I guess whenever you send a new message to Discord you become at the bottom of the queue.
