Role Hierarchy Keeps Auto Sorting

I have a set of member levels from New Member, Bronze level to Sapphire
New member, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Double Diamond, Triple Diamond, Ruby, Sapphire
I also Have a moderator role, and a Trusted member role.

as I'm adding the Last couple roles, and Drag them to the Top of the Hierarchy
when I click save,  it resorts the List, and the one I just Dragged to be above a lower role
Auto sorts and is placed in the Middle.

This only started after I got 8 roles on the list.
after that It happens with every new role I try to add.

How do I keep the Hierarchy from auto Sorting?
