Bad and slow support

I got banned for backcharging, cuz i had a hacker on my paypal, but discord only cares about their money so they banned my other acc. Now they deny my right to be heard in a support case and keep me purposely banned, so i have to buy new nitro. Noone should be banned in a situation, where they actually need help, not bans. No, you don‘t have increased volumes, cuz noone takes a problem to the support cuz noone trusts them, and they are unreliable.
