[Feature Request] Enable friend requests from selected servers.

Similar to the currently existing "Allow direct messages from server members", there could be this:

That way, on private servers where you know everybody is chill, you can enable it without getting spammed from other servers (:

Maybe it could only show up if friend requests are globally disabled to not confuse people who already have them enabled.

Also please add a way to add someone as a friend without one of the 2 having to enable friend requests in account settings
