What is slowmode and how do I enable it

Slowmode on prevents users to send messages for a certain time after sending a message. For example a five minute Slowmode would allow users to only send messages every five minutes.
You can turn the Slowmode on by clicking 'Edit Channel'
Now set time with the bar at SLOWMODE
Save
And enjoy your Spam free channel
I forgot to say: People with a certain permission are immune against Slowmode, Im not sure but I think its 'Manage Messages'
