Moderation tools in-app suggestion

Ok so, as a moderator and someone who has been contacted many times now by scam accounts on various different servers (mostly big official ones usually) with the now well known "I accidentally reported your steam account" scam. I would like to ask for features that would make it easier to report these accounts and flag them so that they can't contact more people, join more servers or even for deletion altogether.

Let me explain, there's currently no easy way to report an account even though it is clearly a spam account, you have to go and submit a ticket for each account, which would basically take longer than it takes them to create a new one already.

So, what I'd like to see:

• *Enable users to "report accounts" on ones that just sent them a message for the first time just like the "block button", and leave it there EVEN if you accept a friend invite just like on some other websites so that when you signal them it blocks them and eventually asks you to select messages that the user deem to be relevant in the direct messages exchanged with the account.

• Some sort of "Moderator Mode" that adds more moderation oriented options just like "Developer Mode" since basically you have to enable "Developer Mode" anyway if you want to copy a user ID or message link to report them. (they could change their username or tag but they can't change their ID)

• Maybe some sort of warning for users (since I believe a lot of them may not be aware of safety or security behaviors to adopt online unfortunately) on the DM page when someone either sent them a message for the first time or a friend request with no server in common, sort of like the screening popup window when you join servers with community membership screening enabled. With a setting to deactivate it, only if you know what you're doing.
